Warranty
CPE Knives warrants that all products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, loss, improper handling, alterations, accident, neglect, dis-assembly, normal wear, natural material defects, natural material cracks or improper sharpening. If the product fails to function as designed it should be returned to CPE Knives for evaluation. If it is determined by CPE Knives to be a defect in materials or workmanship CPE Knives will replace the product with the same model or one of equal value at CPE Knives expense for as long as we are actively making knives. Knives are cutting tools any use other than cutting is considered misuse and abuse.
RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT.
By purchasing any item produced by CPE Knives the buyer assumes responsibility to ascertain and follow all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws in having, owning, carrying, shipment, transport, and use of any CPE Knives product. The buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CPE Knives and the maker of the product for all claims resulting directly or indirectly from the purchase, ownership, transportation, ,storage, use, or misuse of this product. If for any reason litigation is brought against CPE Knives or the products maker it must be brought in Will county Illinois and all legal fees including those incurred by CPE Knives will be the sole responsibility of the owner / buyer of the CPE Knives product involved in the litigation.
